Can I get a job at ARSE?
With our recent hires (Kathy & Clint) we're absolutely clogged up with staff. It would take a very ambitious member to slip into ARSE at this point in time.
How can I pay for my gear?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express. We also support PayPal, Zip Pay & Afterpay.
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with sale items. You can only use 1 discount code or credit voucher per order.
Can I pick up my order?
Orders are online only. We are testing our experimental drone delivery service so your order may be fired out of the sky directly at your front door within 7 days. Watch out.
As for pick ups, we only have a limited run of stock available for purchase through SpaceAustralia.com.au - all orders must be made online to secure your order.
When are orders dispatched?
We print some of our products on-demand, individually for you.
Because of the nature of our business, we generally take 3-5+ business days for you to receive your shipping and tracking updates.
Once your order has been completed & shipped you will receive an email with your tracking details.
*These timelines are a guide only. Your order may take longer to pack if it is a key sale period or if we have a high influx of orders. Sorry - we're doing our best!

If you've not received a tracking update email, we promise we haven't forgotten you! We're probably busy and will be hustling to get your order out the door.
Once you've received your shipping update email and tracking:
Once you've received your tracking update allow 3-10 business days for to arrive.
*If you order over a busy period (for example, sale periods or leading up to Christmas), there may be delays with postal services due to unforeseen circumstances. Which are unfortunately out of our control.
But depending on your neck of the woods it can come faster or slower than our estimates. Your courier will usually give you some tracking updates along the way or you can jump on their website to track it there.
How much is shipping?
- Local Shipping: $11.99, ships with a variety of couriers depending on location
- International Shipping: Quote provided at checkout based on order size & location.

What if I am unhappy with my order?
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. All orders are printed and dispatched from a professional fulfilment partner & there is high quality control at all stages.
