Can I get a job at ARSE?

With our recent hires (Kathy & Clint) we're absolutely clogged up with staff. It would take a very ambitious member to slip into ARSE at this point in time. 

Can I pick up my order?

Orders are online only. We are testing our experimental drone delivery service so your order may be fired out of the sky directly at your front door within 7 days. Watch out.

As for pick ups, we only have a limited run of stock available for purchase through SpaceAustralia.com.au - all orders must be made online to secure your order.

When are orders dispatched?

Orders are printed & shipped from our partners fulfilment warehouse in either Melbourne or Brisbane within 3 business days. Please refer to the table below to check the delivery times. Delivery times change depending on your location and local delivery service. Our express option gets your order out a few days quicker for domestic clothing purchases.

How much is shipping?

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders. This means the price stays the same if you order one product or multiple. Prices are as follows:

Standard shipping via Auspost eParcel $7.95 (7-10 Working Days)
Express shipping via Auspost Express $9.95 (5-7 Working Days)
International shipping via DHL Mail $14.95 (2-8 Weeks Depending on Location)

Please be aware we do not currently have the facility to pre-pay customs & duties for international orders. This means that orders to countries who charge these duties will be subject to the local duties & taxes payable by the receiver on arrival. The biggest offenders are UK and some of the smaller European countries. So if it's a gift, you might need to warn the reciever ahead of time.

What if I am unhappy with my order?

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. All orders are printed and dispatched from a professional fulfilment partner & there is high quality control at all stages. If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, contact us to get any issues resolved. We also offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee - return any item for an exchange or refund for any reason.
